The Ground Rules

We like to keep things simple. By shopping with Eleven55, you’re agreeing to the following:

• The Contract: When you place an order, you’ll get an automated email. Our "contract" with you is officially confirmed only when we dispatch your items. In the rare event of a pricing error or stock issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you immediately.

• Returns & Change of Mind: Under UK law, you have 14 days to change your mind. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings (pierced jewellery) or bath/soap products if the original packaging has been opened or the seal broken.

• Your Data: We only use your info to get your orders to you. We don’t sell your data to third parties; we’re too busy hunting for great products for that
