The Tale of Two Deliveries

At ELEVEN55, we curate items from both local UK artisans and international craftsmen. Because of this, your items may take different paths to reach your door.

• The Hybrid Shuffle We ship from two places. Our Wellness & Soap collections come straight from our UK wholesaler (1–3 days). Our Jewellery is sourced globally, arrives at our studio for custom ELEVEN55 packaging (4–9 days), and is then sent to you via Next Day Delivery

Split Shipments: If you order a mix of jewellery and wellness items, they will likely arrive in separate packages at different times. You’ll only ever pay the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and origin of your items. You’ll always see the final price before you pay.
